Helen’s teaching approach
“My goal is to help you develop your ideas. I’ll show you what the materials can do, demonstrate a range of techniques, and give you room to experiment and discover your own possibilities.”
A note from Helen
“This is such a fun class to teach, whether students are experienced painters or complete beginners. Some arrive unsure of their abilities or wondering whether they’ll be ‘good’ at painting. Alcohol ink offers a playful way to explore without that pressure—the ink almost paints itself! Watching students find pleasure and satisfaction in the process is one of the things I love most about teaching.”
