 During this 90-minute, LIVE online session, Helen will demonstrate:

• alcohol inks
• color separation of certain inks
• painting in layers using subtractive and additive methods
• painting abstractly
• floral ink paintings
• Yupo vs cotton paper

Helen’s demos and exercises teach you ways to manipulate alcohol ink to mine the uniquely vibrant properties of this media. Helen brings her foundational training in color theory to bear as she shares techniques for working with inks and watercolor on both Yupo, a synthetic paper, and traditional cotton watercolor paper. Her demos will get you thinking outside of the box as you discover new ways to express your ideas.
